Dry and mouth watering on the palate, this white exhibits generous fruity-ness (think apple, apricot, lychee and pear) followed by masses of refreshing and zingy lemon and blackcurrant. Fantastic on its own but an equally excellent match for food.

– 2023 Carricante Organic, Cortese, IGT Terre Siciliane. This dry, full-bodied white features an elegant and warming bouquet of peach, apple and citrus fruit with a hint of blossom. Balanced acidity and underlying minerality incorporate wonderfully in what is a relatively big palate.

– 2024 3 Sources Macabeu, Dom Nadal Hainault, IGP Cotes Catalanes.This lively and refreshing white from the Languedoc-Roussillon area of France is packed full of pear, citrus and passion fruit.
