– 2025 Barbera D’asti, Cantine Povero, Piedmont. Aged in stainless steel, this medium-bodied red is packed with forest fruit and backed with the sophistication of violet and elderberry. Soft tannins and marked acidity make this ideal for pairing with food.
– 2024 3 Sources Macabeu, Dom Nadal Hainault, IGP Cotes Catalanes. This lively and refreshing white from the Languedoc-Roussilon area of France is packed full of pear, citrus and passion fruit.
– 2024 Rioja, ‘Solar De Estraunza’, Rioja Alavesa. This gorgeous, youthful Rioja made from old vine Tempranillo is all red fruits, hints of liquorice with delicate florality. Enjoy on its own or with lighter red meat dishes.
-2025 Cape Wild Chenin Blanc, WO Western Cape. Lovely floral notes feature on a bright and refreshing palate full of stone and tropical fruits – a great everyday white.
– 2021 Chateau Unang, ‘La Source’, Ventoux. Grenache, Syrah, Mouvedre and Carignan make up this rich and full-bodied wine from the Southern Rhone. Think dark fruits and herbal notes with impeccable balance.
– 2024 Lanzerac Chardonnay, Stellenbosch, South Africa. This dry, full-bodied white from one of the oldest vineyards in South Africa strikes a perfect balance between fruit, acidity and softness with wonderful oak integration.

Pinot Noir
Fournillon have 23 hectares of vines in Chablis in the cool, north of burgundy and are predominantly producers of classic, steely Chablis (see our fantastic value 'house' Chablis), but they also produce some red and this delicious cremant from 100% Pinot Noir. All fruit is hand-harvested and vinified carefully to produce an easy drinking, fruit-forward fizz that is well balanced and nicely rounded with a fine mousse. Excellent as an apertif.
