Don’t be put off by the slightly darker colour of the Sunset Rose by Chateau Ksara. This Lebanese icon is made from a blend of Cabernet Franc and Syrah that sees 10-14 hours skin contact and fermented at 18 degrees in stainless steel. Packed with red berry fruit and hints of spice, this is a terrific rose to try if you fancy a change from the usual.
