The Villa Wolf Gewurztraminer is clear, fruity and wonderfully light. It shows the aromatic charm typical of the grape with a delicious juicy texture and a delicate aroma of spices, exotic fruits and fresh roses. Today, Erni is one of the most iconic and influential winemakers in the world.

2022 Cremant de Bourgogne Brut, Domaine Fournillon

Pinot Noir

Fournillon have 23 hectares of vines in Chablis in the cool, north of burgundy and are predominantly producers of classic, steely Chablis (see our fantastic value 'house' Chablis), but they also produce some red and this delicious cremant from 100% Pinot Noir.  All fruit is hand-harvested and vinified carefully to produce an easy drinking, fruit-forward fizz that is well balanced and nicely rounded with a fine mousse.  Excellent as an apertif.

2024 Orange Solara, Viile Timisului

White Blend

This cracking little 'orange wine' comes from the innovative Cramele Recas winery in Romania.  It's not made with oranges, but the name refers to a white wine made in the red wine method, with fermentation taking place on the skins of the grapes, hence the darker colour.  This wine is fermented naturally with wild yeasts and without the addition of any sulphur.
