Description
The Reserva Branco from Quinta do Espinho is a delightful blend of Viosinho, Rabigato, Gouveio and Codegas da Larinho. The winemaking is polished and modern, creating a delicious, food-friendly white wine with a fresh citrus and grapefruit nose leading to a lovely textured, concentrated palate that is underpinned by distinct minerality. The finish is long and fresh with a beautiful stream of balanced acidity.

2019 Bordeaux Blanc Sec, Chateau Saransot-Dupre
Semillon/Sauvignon
Chateau Saransot-Dupre is a favourably sited 17 hectares property that lies between Fourcas Dupré and Fourcas Hosten in Listrac. Due to Listrac’s cooler temperatures, Merlot and Cabernet Franc are favoured over Cabernet Sauvignon to form the majority of the blend, helping them achieve optimum ripeness. Much like Chateau Fourcas Hosten, the wines have improved year on year since 2010 and the property were put on the radar thanks to a certain Robert Parker hailing the 2010 vintage as 'classed growth quality'. High praise indeed!

The Barbadillo Palomino Castillo de San Diego is crisp, fresh and unfortified! This dry, refreshing white is a great example of the Sherry regions principle grape variety. The wine is perfect spring/summer quaffing and a great stepping stone to appreciating the more complex, fortified and solera aged versions from DO Jerez.
