Description
Domaine de Fontsainte make effortlessly classy wines from their well-sited vineyards in Corbieres. Protected by pine forests and planted on gravelly soils which help regulate the temperature, the Domaine’s vineyards really do impart flavour into the wines grown there, making for scented and elegant reflections of the land. This wonderful rosé is made from 90% Grenache Gris and 5% each of Carignan and Mouvedre and has lovely nectarine, cherry and bergamot scnets alongside thyme and rosemary and hints of rock rose. Incredibly drinkable on it’s own, this delicious rose also lends itself to drinking with food, especially dishes with a salty edge to them.
