Description
The Bardos Verdejo comes from older, 20-25 year old vines that are planted at around 700 metres above sea level in Rueda. This lovely wine is very typical of the variety, with lots of zesty vibrant citrus and stone fruit flavours and notes of cut grass. This is a great wine to try if you’re a Sauvignon Blanc fan and fancy something a little different.

Malvasia
We were utterly bowled over when we first tasted the amazing Rioja Malvasia from Bodegas Amaren. Situated in the highest part of the Rioja region, Amaren is the premium winery of the Luis Canas stable, producing exceptional wines that are a raw expression of the weathered vineyards and old vines in the Rioja Alavesa.

The Castillo Del Moro Blanco is a modern, crisp white that demonstrates bright citrus characteristics on the nose, while offering deliciously vibrant apple fruit flavours and a zesty twang courtesy of the Sauvignon Blanc on the palate. A long clean finish with hints of grapefruit.
