Description
The Wien 1 white blend from Pfaffl is a delightful and intriguing blend of Riesling, Gruner Veltliner and Pinot Blanc. Expertly put together from grapes which grow on the slopes outside Vienna, this is a vibrant white which encapsulates the zippy freshness of Riesling, hints of stone fruit and spice from the Gruner and a bit of body and roundness from the Pinot Blanc. The balance of fruit, spice and acidity make this a wonderful match to Asian cuisine.
