Description

The Elderton Barossa Shiraz comes from 3 vineyard sites, each giving a different character to this benchmark wine.  Typically rich and open on the nose with spiced plums and red and dark fruits leaping from the glass.  The palate is vibrant and layered with more spice, rich dark fruits and beautifully integrated oak spice.  Juicy, more’ish and open now, this wine will continue to develop for up to 10 years from vintage.

2024 Cotes Du Rhone, Un Bon Canon

Rhone Blend

The Un Bon Canon Cotes du Rhone hits the spot every time with it's fruit forward blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 5% Cinsault and 5% Mouvedre which is fermented in concrete tanks.  The vineyards lie in the southern part of the region on a dried up river bed strewn with heat retaining pebbles.  The hot summer sun ensures that the wine is bold and fruity with raspberry and dark fruits and hints of garrigue/herbal undergrowth.
