Sangiovese
The Monte Antico Toscana Rosso is an accessible 'baby' Super Tuscan and has an elegant bouquet of leather, black cherries, liquorice and plums leading to a medium to full-bodied palate with ripe red fruit along with subtle notes of lingering vanilla and violets. The soft tannins have a gorgeous silky texture yet the wine still shows some backbone with perfect integration of acidity and fruit.

Andrew Harries –
Quite a surprise! First time tried a Beaujolais nouveau. Pleasantly surprised!
A serious wine. Opened up continuously through an evening.
