The Signor Vino Vermentino by Mino And Co is unoaked expressing its distinctive varietal characteristics with lively aromas of citrus, green apple and a touch of Jasmine. There’s a supple mid palate, with crisp acidity and a delicate blend of mandarin, peach and pear fruits. The palate finishes with fresh grapefruit tinged acidity, giving way to a fresh and cleansing finish with a hint of pineapple.
