Description
This wine is deep purple in colour with aromas of cherry, ripe berry fruits and violet notes on the nose. On the palate it is unoaked wine, wonderfully fresh and full of ripe blueberry fruit. Good acidity keeps the wine vibrant within a medium to full bodied textured palate.
The 2020 vintage is a blend of 50% Cinsault, 35% Syrah and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. It has a wonderful fruit chracter with blackberry, blueberry and prune notes alongside fresher red fruits. The fruity finish is complimednted with a hint of spice on the soft finish.

The grapes for this medium weight, fruit led Julienas are hand harvested and left in tank for 10 days to macerate in order to optimise the colour and aroma of the wine. Fermentation takes place at a warm 27/28 degrees centigrade and maturation follows until March when the wine is bottled.An intense, purple colour. Fruity aromas dominated by fragrant raspberry, blackberry and blueberry. Round, supple and rich yet balanced by a lingering freshness on the finish.
