Description

This immensely enjoyable wine is an unsual blend of Shiraz, Grenache & Zinfandel made in a very fresh, approachable style. Upfront, the aromas are boiled sweets and white cherries followed closely by a young vibrant perfume and notes of orange oil. On the palate there’s bright red mouthfilling fruit with undertones of savoury dusty dark berry fruits and spice.

Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2018 Cabernet/Shiraz, Hartenberg is a vivid purple/red colour, with ripe berry fruits on the nose and hints of forest floor entwined with sweet spice. The palate reveals plenty of vibrant red fruit courtesy of the Cabernet Sauvignon alongside typical black pepper spice from the Shiraz.  There's plenty of juicy, crunchy fruit, soft gentle tannins and a velvety, elegant finish.
