Description
The aged Madeiras from this fine property are an utter delight and always offer a degree of complexity and elegance that puts them firmly in fine wine territory. Bottled after 19 years in cask, this is complex and nutty with a fresh, zingy vein of acidity running through it, sharpening the richness of the fruit on the amazingly long finish.

The 2017 Vintage Port, Eirados has plenty of rich and jammy fruit added to this wine making it enjoyable in it's youth but there are also some good, firm tannins suggesting that there is plenty of development to come. This is great value from a smaller Port House in an amazing vintage that has produced sublimely balanced, long loving wines.
