Domaine Christelle Greffet is a small, traditional estate situated in Solutre-Pouilly and is worked by hand by the 4th generation.  This beautiful Pouilly Fuisse sees a traditional fermentation and ageing in oak Tuns.  The oak imparts texture as opposed to inherently oaky characteristics, resulting in a wonderful Burgundy with some depth and richness alongside the flinty freshness and notes of honey.

The 'Les Boudrieres' Puligny Montrachet is wonderfully elegant and precise, showing great depth and complexity from the old vines situated on the clay/limestone terroirs.  This terrific wine has an expressive bouquet of hawthorn and hazlenut intermingled with green apple and ripe citrus fruit notes, which lead to butter and croissant as the wine opens up.  The complex palate is impeccably balanced with well-integrated oak from 16 months in barrel.  The classy finish is long and elegant.  Enjoy this superb wine for up to 8 years from vintage.

NV Voulez Vous Couche Avec Moi? Vincent Couche

Chardonnay

Vincent Couche is a biodynamic grape grower in Champagne who also owns some vines in Burgundy, where he makes this de-classified Cremantde Bourgogne.  Taking a 'Grower Chamagne' approach to cremant, 30% of the grapes are oak fermented and aged in a solera so do not conform to the regulations of Cremant.  Who cares when the wine is this good!  Vibrant and amazingly drinkable, this zesty, complex and downright drinkable fizz is true real delight, showing zesty mineral tinged citrus, baked apple and whiffs of brioche.  No added sulphur makes it all the more appealing.
