The Starward Nova is a multi award winning whiskey from Melbourne. Immediately appealing and perhaps the most enticing naturally coloured whiskey we’ve ever seen, this fabulous drop is matured in red wine caskswhich gives a wonderful mahogany hue to it, not to mention bags of fruit on the palate.
Nose: Red berries and orchard fruit mingled with with soft oak spice.
Palate: Rich red berry pudding covered in vanilla, caramel and spice.
Finish: Balanced and long, with a fading sweetness leaving warmth and spice.
