This de-alcoholised fizz from Domaine la Colombette is one of the best lo/no sparkling wines that we’ve come across to date.  The Domaine are pioneers in the languedoc, taking a sustainable approach to winemaking and doing lots of research into disease resistant vines as well as low volume and de-alcoholised wines.
