Description
This de-alcoholised fizz is made from Grenache grapes at Domaine la Colombette and is the best lo/no wine that we’ve come across to date. The Domaine are pioneers in the languedoc, taking a sustainable approach to winemaking and doing lots of research into disease resistant vines as well as low volume and de-alcoholised wines. Fresh red fruits, strawberry and raspberry, and a crisp, clean finish.

A slow, cool ferment and 3 years lees ageing help this traditional method sparkling wine develop it's delicate floral, citrus and apple notes with nutty undertones. Elegant on the finish with a creamy texture courtesy of the ageing make this a stunning value alternative to entry-level Champagnes.
