You don’t see a great deal of red Beaumes de Venise in the UK so we’re delighted to have uncovered this luscious red blend of Grenache (60%) and Syrah (40%) from the quality focussed Cave de Gigondas. Complex and hugely enjoyable, this lovely medium to full-bodied wine mixes red berry and blueberry fruit, spice and licourice alongside menthol notes. Fruity aromas dominated by fragrant raspberry, blackberry and blueberry. Round, supple and rich yet balanced by a lingering freshness on the finish.
