Description
The Lo & Behold white is very grown up for such a humble price tag. Made from 90% Chenin Blanc, 10% of which is aged in french oak, the remainder naturally fermented in stainless steel, plus 10% Viognier that is fermented in cement tanks. The wine is blended before bottling, resulting in a fresh and vibrant wine with citrus and pear fruit alongside more tropical notes. The finish is long and balanced and leaves one wanting more!
The Lo & Behold white wine should be added to the long list of fabulous Chenin based blends that South Africa is so good at.
