The Church House Chardonnay shows a lovely pale golden colour that is crystal clear in the glass.  The enticing nose is fresh and elegant, blending Nectarine and Melon with well integrated butterscotch and toasty notes.  Full and rich on the palate, yet retaining elegance and freshness too. The Pucelle is one of our favourite Domaine Belleville white wines, with a beautiful structure and impeccable balance on the palate. NV Blanc de Blancs, Langham Wine Estate, Dorset

Chardonnay

Following many ultra-successful vintage releases, the Langham Blanc de Blancs has switched to a non vintage blend following the 2018 vintage.  Made with 100% Chardonnay, 90% of which is from the 2020 vintage, and aged on the lees for three years, this is an energetic and wonderfully focussed Blanc de Blancs. The nose displays a tense balance between ripe green apple and conference pear with notes of white flowers and intense graphite minerality. The palate is delicate yet weighty in texture, with soft ripe pear, honeydew melon and white grapefruit acidity, finishing with a trademark saline nuttiness.

2024 The Accomplice Chardonnay, De Bortoli, Riverina

Chardonnay

The De Bortoli Accomplice Chardonnay is a light straw colour with lifted aromas of ripe peach and nectarine complemented with a decent lick of vanilla oak. The palate is soft and creamy and exhibits ripe stone fruits. Integrated oak and a gentle acid nuance for a very long finish.
