The Sensale Nero d’Avola has an intense ruby red colour, with broad and complex aromas of red fruits and red berries on the nose. The nicely structured palate is rounded and mid weight with lovely clean fruit and good balance on the finish.
One of largest wineries in Sicily, Sibiliana Vini uses the latest in modern winemaking technology to produce this range of wines from indigenous Sicilian grapes. The three quality levels of Grillo and Nero d’Avola show the grapes in increasing levels of complexity culminating in the Sensale Organic wines.
