A wonderful Saint Aubin that balances vibrant, almost tropical fruit flavours with some well integrated oak courtesy of 11 months ageing. Rounded and elegant on the palate with a long, balanced finish, this is terrific white burgundy.

Chardonnay
The grapes for this approachable Puligny are hand harvested and undergo a gentle pressing. The juice is then left to settle for a few days then put into French oak barrels, 30% of which are new. Indigenous yeasts are used for fermentation and the wine spends 12 months in barrel before being blended and bottled. Great persistence in the mouth, this wine has a wonderful freshness to it and can be enjoyed in it's youth.
