Description
TheVandal Sauvignon Blanc is co-fermented with oysters which manages to impart a touch of old world minerality sitting beautifully alongside grainy citrus and pear fruit, leading to pithy lemon, lemongrass and a touch of fennel. A beautiful wine provided you don’t have a shellfish allergy!
Vandal Wines is the side project of three Marlborough based winemakers allowing them to experiment with methods they wouldn’t usually get to bottle. But fret not, as despite their experimental nature all the Vandal wines are made with the aim of being easily ‘smashable’!
