Description

The Parcellaires de Saulx was created in 2017 in Meursault on the site of an historic property.  They work with the finest growers throughout Burgundy to select the very best grapes possible which they vinify and age in their 1500 square metres of cellars.  The idea is to produce the truest expression of terroir possible and work predominantly with growers who take an organic and biodynamic approach to vineyard management.  The results are a truly stunning string of releases of micro-parcels.  We are lucky enough to grab some whilst they are available.

Bright garnet colour with an intense bouquet  displaying blackcurrant, redcurrant and morello cherry fruits accompanied by subtle hints of violets and spices. In the mouth this amazing wine is clean and rounded with an elegant structure and silky tannins. The finish is long and spicy, and although drinkable now, it will continue to develop over the next 8 years or so.
