Description
Bouchon are 4th generation viticultutralists situated in the Maule Valley. Current incumbent Julio Bouchon and his children carry on the family tradition of creating distinctive, terroir-driven wines. The Granito wines are micro-terroir wines made from old vines which are dry farmed on ancient granite soils. The roots of the old vines need to dig deep in order to find nutrients which translates into concentrated, complex flavours in the grapes.
A stunning wine that is a rich purple colour with aromas of dark berry fruit, liquorice and warm spice. It is fresh and youthful in style, but very approachable with a complex finish.
62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Carménère
