Description
Chateau Argadens is a well-sited, sustainably farmed property that sits in the south east of Bordeaux overlooking the Garonne River. Mature and drinking beautifully now, this blend of 63% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc shows a complex nose of dark and red fruits with subtle hints of oak. The palate shows a wonderful balance of richness and freshness with good concentration of fruit and gentle tannins. This is great value claret from a terrific vintage.
