The 2015 D’orset Brut Rose is our own label sparkling wine made in conjunction with our friends at Langham Estate. We’ve been huge fans and long time supporters of Langham since their first vintage so it made sense that we work together to produce our first own label sparkling rose.
Very pretty in the glass and delicate on the nose, the D’orset Brut Rose shows red berry, bright cherry and hints of refreshing rhubarb on the nose, leading to a creamy, textured palate balanced by refreshing acidity on the finish. This lovely rose is a terrific aperitif yet is soft enough to work with a variety of lighter summery dishes.
