All in all Folies de la Marquetterie is a full flavoured, harmonious Champagne distinguished by its immense richness and complexity. Delavenne are an outstanding family run grower based in Bouzy making elegant, organic and vegan friendly Champagnes exclusively from their Grand Cru vineyards. Minimal intervention and no malolactic fermentation means that the wines are clean and lively with a distinct purity. This amazing rosé has wonderful red fruit (strawberry and raspberry) character with hints of rose petal and baked apple. The palate contains a bit of weight and a creamy texture making it great as a food wine.
