IWSC Sparkling Wine Producer of the year, Langham's Culver Classic Cuvée is a non vintage wine with the base vintage currently being 2023 with 10% reserve wine.   Red fruit heavy it is a blend of 37% Pinot Noir, 31% Pinot Meunier and 37% Chardonnay, displaying a rounded,quite rich and opulent style.

This cuvée has a bright and golden colour. The nose is dominated by the freshness and the fruit. The Chardonnay brings finesse sustained by notes of yellow fruits such as peach and Mirabelle plum. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and generous. The Pinot Noir of Ay gives its structure. Hawthorn and white flowers merge naturally. Acidity is expressed by citrus fruits.

The Patusco Vinho Verde is a reat value, easy drinking white perfect for long summer lunches. Packed with citrus and slight tropical fruit notes, this zippy Vinho Verde is a very slightly spritzy giving a little added perk to the vibrant mouthfeel.  (Please note that the cork and wire closure is more for show than keeping bubbles in - this is only slightly spritzy as opposed to fully sparkling).
