Based a few miles from our shop, Shroton Fair Gin are relatively new to the market. They distil 16 botanicals, uncludig Burdock Root, Rowan Berries and Linden Flowers, all crushed by hand, to make this complex, dry Gin that is smooth enough to be enjoyed neat over ice. Such is the complexity of this gin that the makers recommend that you don’t serve it with a garnish, just over ice with (or without) a premium tonic of your choice.

This is a true taste of the Caribbean being made from a blend of aged, 5 to 20 year old rums from Trinidad and Tobago, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Panama. Column stilled and aged in white oak ex-bourbon casks, the result is a deliciously smooth and complex rum that light on its feet yet packed with flavour. This sipping rum is one to savour, with vanilla, oak and chocolate notes and a wonderfully warming finish.
