Only made in the best years, the Bollinger Grande Annee is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay fermented in oak.  The 2015 has stone fruits, plum and honey on the nose initially, with more red fruits coming through.  Plump, rich and generous on the palate with red fruits and plum giving way to citrus acidity and an elegant vein of minerality.  Enjoyable now, this terrific wine will age gracefully for years to come.

All in all Folies de la Marquetterie is a full flavoured, harmonious Champagne distinguished by its immense richness and complexity.
