The Barbadillo Finos are more Manzanilla-like in style, but are aged in Bodegas with less exposure to the cooling sea breezes. The flor in the barrels grows vigorously in these cellars so the wine is a little more nutty and toasty than the more appley and yeasty Manzanillas of Sanlucar.

Leonor Palo Cortado 12 Anos, Gonzalez Byass, Jerez

Produced from Amontillado sherry, this ages for 12 years before bottling to give a lightly sweet and nutty wine. Excellent drunk chilled as either an aperitif or as an accompaniment to food.
