This Gin stands out for its superb blonde hints, due to ageing in oak barrels. The nose is wonderfully fresh and complex. In addition to juniper and orange zest, six spices give an exhilarating bouquet full of dynamism with beautiful lemon and peppery notes on the nose. Bourbon

This cracking small batch Bourbon, (usually no more than 2 dozen barrels) has an inviting nose that shows rich notes of barley sugar, raisins and dried fruit, with fennel seed and fresh bread.  The palate is rich and spicy, with juicy fruit integrating with cinnamon spice.  The finish brings a welcoming kick of black pepper which leads to more dried fruit on the long finish.
