Description

The Clonakilty distillery was founded by the Scully family who are 9th generation farmers based on the rugged south-west coast of Ireland.  Their multi-award winning whiskies are made using a 100 year old strain of Barley grown on the family farm and distilled in their single pot still.

Matured in ex-Bourbon, Amontillado and Oloroso sherry casks, this expression presents flavours of sweet vanilla and kiwi, complemented by notes of caramelised pear and dark chocolate.
