The Clonakilty Double Oak is a blend of the Clonakilty Pot Still and grain Irish Whiskey that is matured in a mixture of ex-Bourbon, European and American virgin oak casks.  The enticing nose shows vanilla and gentle spice with hints of ginger and hazelnut.  The palate is generous and long with appealing sweet notes of toffee caramel and more spice on the finish.
