On the nose there is a sweet smokiness to start, followed by a pleasant cigar like note. Fresh with hints of green apples. The palate is a subtle phenolic flavour with a heavy sweet peat smoke influence.

This cracking small batch Bourbon, (usually no more than 2 dozen barrels) has an inviting nose that shows rich notes of barley sugar, raisins and dried fruit, with fennel seed and fresh bread. The palate is rich and spicy, with juicy fruit integrating with cinnamon spice. The finish brings a welcoming kick of black pepper which leads to more dried fruit on the long finish.
