This brand new release from Kingston Distillers is te first whisky that we know of that has been matured in Sloe Gin casks. Appealingly sweet and fruit led on the palate with notes of fudge, cherry and toasted malt. The balanced finish is smooth and honeyed with caramel notes.

JJ Corry The Hanson Grain Whisky

On the nose it is bright and floral with a hint of deep oak. The palate is lively to start with bright, green apples and toasted coconut continuing from the nose. The influence of fresh oak is clear, with rye grass developing to lemongrass. To finish, there is a measure of salinity and minerality that makes it very moreish.
