Launched in August 2025, the Springbank 5 Year Old 100 Proof has fast become a firm favourite amongst our loyal Springbank customers.
Bright and vibrant on the nose, mixing green apple, gorse and boiled sweet notes with a hint of minerality. The well-balanced palate shows whiffs of peat smoke, white chocolate and more savoury notes of tomato plant and sunflower seeds. The refreshing finish gives notes of honey and ripe gooseberry providing a satisfying and mildly complex dram.
