Description
The Caliterra Carmenere Reserva is a medium to full-bodied red from sustainably farmed vineyards in Colchagua. Varietally typical with rich, spicy fruit and a smooth, rounded finish.
Caliterra are based in the heart of Colchagua on a 1000 hectare Estate, of which only 243 hectares are planted to vines with the remainder left to nature. There is a big emphasis on sustainability and their aim is to produce elegant, fruit driven wines which are a pleasure to drink.

2023 Mercurey Rouge 1er Cru, Domaine Meunier
Pinot Noir
The grapes for this wine are hand harvested from 2 parcels in the heart of Mercurey where the soil is clay and limestone. They spend 10-15 days fermenting in the tank before being put into French oak barrels, 30% of which are new. The wine then spends 12 months in barrel before being blended and bottled.
