Description
The MontGras Handcrafted Cinsault is a small production red wine of only 3200 bottles. Fermented in stainless steel with 60% of hte stalks included, the wine is the aged in a combinations of 225 litre French Oak and laregr Foudres for 11 months. The result is a relatively light yet intense wine with pronounced cherry and strawberry fruit on the nose with underlying hints of damp earth. The palate is refreshing with well-integrated tannins and complex aromatics.
