Description

This delicious, thirst-quenching Ros is made with the indigenous Liatiko grape variety.  After a short skin maceration the juice is cool fermented in stainless steel tanks to produce a wonderfully refreshing wine which balances delicate strawberry fruit with sour cherry and hints of spice.  The finish is long, well-balanced and satisfyingly dry.
