The history of this Domaine dates back to 1892 and they were a key player in the establishment of the Saumur AOC in the 1930’s.
This classy Chenin Blanc comes from 26-31 year old vines planted on a mixture of Jurassic soils of hard limestone, flint and clay, and Turonien sand and clay. The nose is structured yet delicate with tropical fruits and a complexity of aromas. Harmonious, fleshy and generous on the palate. This Chenin has a fine acidity which brings freshness and a long finish.
