Description
Domaine Saint Ser are a biodynamic property situated on the upper slopes of the Sainte Victoire mountain, giving the vineyards ideal exposure and the benefits of the cool night time temperatures. Fermented with natural yests and with minimal use of sulphur, the utmost care is taken to produce as natural a product as possible. This wonderful blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah shows typical Provencal characteristics of red fruits, creamy texture and a hint of spice on the finish, with each grape variety bringing it’s own unique character to the blend. Powerful yet refreshing at the same time, this is a serious rose that can take heartier summer dishes.

Aker English Rose Aperitif
The delicious Aker English Rose Aperitif is the result of a collaboration between Chapel Down Winery in Kent and Capreolous Distillery in the Cotswolds. This delightful blend of Pinot Noir Rose and Raspberry Eau de Vie balanced by carefully selected English botanicals is fruity and elegant with notes of strawberries and cream and fresh raspberry. The palate is creamy and textured with vanilla and herbal notes coming through on the refreshing finish.
