Description
The Cote d’Or AC is the newest appellation in Burgundy and this tremendous Pinot Noir from Jadot is just delicious. Concentrated with silky red and dark fruits, good structure and a savoury note to the finish. This isn’t too juicy and a great food wine, especially with grilled or roasted red meats and a variety of cheeses.

The Un Bon Canon Cotes du Rhone hits the spot every time with it's fruit forward blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 5% Cinsault and 5% Mouvedre which is fermented in concrete tanks. The grapes for this wine are hand harvested from 2 parcels in the heart of Mercurey where the soil is clay and limestone. They spend 10-15 days fermenting in the tank before being put into French oak barrels, 30% of which are new. The wine then spends 12 months in barrel before being blended and bottled.
