Champagne Blend
This complex Rosé NV is a blend of 59% Pinot Noir, 5% Pinot Meunier, 36% Chardonnay, and is made from 82% base wine from 2019 and 18% reserve wine. The wine offers aromas aplenty of cherry bakewell, pink lady apple skin, raspberry yoghurt & wild strawberries. Cherry yoghurt, young wild strawberry & raspberry coulée bring the fruit profile to the forefront, whilst a more savoury & saline note rounds off the wine.
