Mountain Tides is a small-production winery devoted entirely to wines, both red and rosé, made from Petite Sirah. Mountain Tides are increasingly turning to practices during fermentation that are closer to infusion rather than extraction, letting the fruit soak rather than punching it down to extract matter from the skins, with the results highighting the aromatic qualities of the grape.
Bright and buoyant, this is a playful and joyous wine that will pair with a wide variety of foods and can also be enjoyed on its own.

Chateau Saransot-Dupre is a favourably sited 17 hectares property that lies between Fourcas Dupré and Fourcas Hosten in Listrac. This relatively young family owned Domaine was created in 2001 by vignerons with 4 generations of vinegrowing and winemaking expertise under their belts. They own some seriously old vines in superb sites in the Southern Rhone on a mixture of soils of red sand, clay and the classic 'Galet' pebbles associated with Chateauneuf du Pape. As a result, their wines posess a wonderful depth and concentration.
