The delicious Gruner Veltliner Hasel by Weingut Allram comes from hand picked fruit that is fermented at a cool temperature with native yeasts and offers pure, unadulterated drinking pleasure. Ripe fruit, very clean with an undeniable elegance and fine minerality underpinning the juicy fruit. Extended lees ageing adds a little texture too.
Tasting the range of Allram wines with Lorenz Haas-Allram is one of life’s great pleasures due to the sheer passion that he has not only for his own vineyards but for the Austrian wine industry in general.
