Description
Produced only in the finest vintages, from the best sites in Rioja Alta, the Imperial Gran Reserva Rioja is the pinnacle of the Imperial range. Fermented in oak vats, with a further 24 months (minimum) in a mixture of French and American oak and then aged for a furtehr 36 months in CVNE’s cellars prior to release, this full-bodied red is a real treat.

There's enough acidity and freshness to make this a good match to cooked pork dishes and white meats in general as well as roasts and a simple cheeseboard.
