The Hommage White blend from Mountford Estate is a wonderfully textured white with floral, peach-scented aromatics, hints of spice from the Gewurztraminer, grapey herbal hints courtesy of the Muscat and exotic, tropical fruits kept in check by balanced acidity on the long finish.
Mountford Estate is a boutique vineyard and winery, internationally renowned for making elegant wines of distinction, quality and interest. The stunning 21 year-old, 10 hectare vineyard is situated on the Eastern hillside of the Waipara Valley, which is highly regarded for the limestone rich soil. The team at Mountford Estate place a strong emphasis on attention to detail and use bio-dynamic practices in the vineyard and traditional Burgundian methods in the winery.
This delicious, ‘Alsace style’ blend allows every variety in the blend to play its part. Fermented using natural yeast with no sulphur used until after the fermentation is completed. It is then matured for 7 months in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling. .

The Montagnac cellar was created in 1937 and has grown with vineyards stretching over 7 communes all along the Thau lake in the mountainous foothills of Hérault. Around 2,000 hectares are vinified on 2 different sites, a major part of which is located on clay-limestone soils with some pockets of marl as well. The climate is Mediterranean, dry and hot during summer, but more temperate due to it's proximity to the sea.

ColleStefano is a wonderful organic property nestled among its private vineyards above Castelraimondo. The altitude (450m above sea level) provides protection from the sea winds and makes for a temperate climate. Their immaculate vineyards are part of a broader self-sustainable, eco-friendly and balanced system, with the soils only treated with organic manure, thus minimizing the presence of copper.
